These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Together, operated at together.avocadopeanut.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Together is an AI-powered group coordination platform. Users create or join groups with shared goals. Each group is paired with an AI coordinator that facilitates check-ins, tracks progress, schedules events, and sends reminders via email and SMS. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications within the Service, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Together at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive SMS is not required to use the Service.

Message frequency varies based on your group's check-in schedule and activity level. Typically 1–5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe. You may also opt out by removing your phone number from your group profile or adjusting your notification preferences.

Carriers (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network carrier and compatibility of your mobile device.
Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of content you post through the Service (messages, files, images). By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service — including sharing it with your group members and processing it through the AI coordinator.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Each group is assigned an AI coordinator that automates check-ins, tracks progress, and sends notifications. The AI coordinator's outputs are generated by automated systems and should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). The AI coordinator operates based on group settings and member interactions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOGETHER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
